①.Check the received order on time. When you received order,you should operate it quickly so that you can get a higher evaluation.Therefore you can get more orders from customers.

②.Placed order: you can place orders from other carriers.

4. Communicate with customer service at any time if you have any question and suggestion.

Declare Freight Rate (two ways available for freight rate declaration.)

1. Choose matched schedule to declare freight rate---Choose the POL and POD and the shipping line to declare.

2. Choose "User -defined sea route" to declare freight rate---Choose the port and the shipping line to declare.

Manage Freight Rate

1. You can check the declared freight rate on the page of manage freight rate .just as below:

2. when the status become to "Approved",you can input POL and POD to search if the freight rate is shown on the website.

Operate" Placed order"

1.The placed order need to be checked everyday.When you received a new order,you should operate it in time so that you can get more credit from customers then you have better credit to get more orders.

3. Tracking the details. S/O should be released in time.You can get more orders if you have quickly action and best service.

Binding Info

You can bind the Master B/L and House B/L show on binding info page. It helps you to manage all your orders including the order operated by our platform and not operated by our platform. When you want to check the former orders you can find it easily.

Booking

Carrier also can book on our platform.If you think that price is better and you want to book it,you can do it.

1.Search freight rate and find which is you need.

Input the POL and POD, choose "freight rate", and then click "search now".

2.You are going to another page of booking form as below after you click the "Book" button.

3.Please fill in the form.

4.Submit it,then waiting for the confirmation from Precise Online Management.

CARGO TRACKING

--Tracking other cargo which was operated through our platform.

You can get the update cargo details very quickly on www.easygot.com,instead of searching by other ways.Our platform is easy and precise,it will help you save your time. And you can advise shipper the update info in time .

there are 3 ways of tracking:

1.Please input the container no./Master B/L or Order Ref No.：

This order was trade on our platform,you can get the details of the order .

2. Not operated through our platform---- Please input the Master B/L, if you know the shipping line,you can choose "advanced search" and then select the shipping line,it's more quickly for you can search the cargo tracking details.

3. Not operated through our platform---- Please input the Container No, if you know the shipping line,you can choose "advanced search" and then select the shipping line,it's more quickly for you to track the cargo.
